Age Requirements

Our facilities are open to guests 18 years and older. Ask about teen services.

When to Arrive

We suggest arriving 10 minutes prior to the appointment.

Late for Appointments

Arriving late will limit the time of service. The treatment will end at the scheduled time to accommodate the following guest's appointment. Appointment will be charged for the scheduled service.

Cancellation Policy

If the need to cancel or reschedule an appointment arises, Spa Serenity requires 24 hour notice before the scheduled appointment to avoid a 50% service fee. Full payment for services will be charged if not notified.

Service Charge

A non-adjustable 20% service charge will be added to all spa services.
